| Market conditions are driving the development team’s interest in building speculative “flex space” at the Park. The demand of the market will determine the amount of flex space that will be constructed. Initially, a 30,000 square foot building, with 24 feet of clearance under beam will be built and ready for occupancy in the spring of 2007. Available bays will be divided into increments as small as 5,000 square feet. | |
