Established and administered by WCCED, this program provides commercial loans from $1,000.00 to $35,000.00 to foster job creation and the growth or expansion of small businesses.  Loan terms specify a fixed rate of interest that is currently six percent.  Eligible uses of the funds acquired include working capital and the purchase of inventory and/or equipment.  Interested applicants must demonstrate the loan’s projected impact on job creation and retention.  Program information and loan application documents may be obtained by calling (724) 225-8223.
